Pimento Cheese Grits
We serve these grits with our iconic Chicken Biscuits. They are also great on their own or mixed with proteins or sautéed vegetables. I like to fold in chopped, cooked bacon or diced sausage links right as the grits come off the stove.
Serves 8 to 10
2 cups prepared Reggae Grits
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup Pimento Cheese Spread
Put grits, salt, and pimento cheese in a 4-1/2-quart saucepan over low heat. Whisk ingredients until flavors are combined and cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
